The non-toxic ingredient in Traveler's Friend protects you with each use. However, it is not necessary to use more than 30 drops in a 24 hour period. We hope you use Traveler's Friend to its full potential. Although its ingredients cause it to have a bitter taste, most people who use Traveler's Friend have come to regard the flavor as medicinal. Water Treatment Chart

Useful Travel Tips:

1. Beware of ice cubes; pathogens can survive after freezing.
2. Don't open your mouth in the shower.
3. Brush you teeth only with water treated with Traveler's Friend.
4. While eating fresh fruits and vegetables, drink water treated with Traveler's Friend.

CAUTION: Do not put in eyes. Do not use full strength in mouth, ears, nose, or on skin.

Good practice dictates that you always use the safest drinking water possible.

At first signs of imbalance or depressed resistance, take 1 tablet 3 times daily for a minimum of 15 days.

Ear Drops
Adults, place 2 or 3 drops in affected ear. Children, place 1 drop in affected ear. Repeat up to 3 times daily.

Skin Ointment
Apply a thin layer of ointment and massage gently into affected area. Use as required or as directed by a physician.
