Shipping Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except major holidays, and ship within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders shipped within the continental US will ship either United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx Ground depending on the weight of the package and destination.
- Packages under one pound will normally ship USPS, unless otherwise requested.
- Packages one pound and above will ship FedEx, unless otherwise requested.
- Packages one pound and above and requested to be shipped to a PO Box may be charged additional shipping.
- Packages being sent to Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and additional postage may apply.
- For orders outside the continental US, additional postage may apply.
- For special delivery, please call us at 800-225-4345 to place your order.
Once you have completed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you. You will also receive an email with your tracking number if your order ships FedEx.
Returns and Exchanges
NutriBiotic is proud to offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the item(s) within 30 days along with a copy of the invoice. We will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Send returns via FedEx Ground or insure parcel post to the address below. CODs are not accepted. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

In turn, we are happy to credit the store for the product. Damaged Items If damage occurred to an item during shipment, contact us immediately at 800-225-4345. To ensure prompt service, please have your invoice available when calling. Save the box, packing materials, and merchandise as the carrier may inspect and pick up the damaged package. |
