Rice Protein Recipes
Hawiian Delight
- 4 ice cubes
- 12 oz. water
- 2 scoops vanilla Rice Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Strawberries and Chocolate
- 1 to 2 scoops of chocolate Rice Protein Powder
- 6 to 8 ounces of water
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- 8 strawberries
- Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Vanilla Banana Cream
- 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla Rice Protein Powder
- 6 to 8 ounces of water or milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Orange Delight
- 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla Rice Protein Powder
- 6 to 8 ounces of water
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- 1 to 2 peeled oranges
- Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Blasting Blueberries
- 1 to 2 scoops of Mixed Berry Rice Protein Powder
- 6 to 8 ounces of water
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- 20-30 blueberries
- Mix in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Antioxidant Berry Boost
- 1 to 2 scoops of Mixed Berry Rice Protein Powder
- 6 to 8 ounces of Rice Milk
- 2 dollups of yogurt
- Frozen berries
- 1 Tbsp. spoon of ground flax seed or flax seed oil
- Shake or blend for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!
Apple, Almond, and Rice Cereal
- 1/2 cup brown rice cereal or millet
- Stevia or Honey
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup water
- Cook as directed and then stir in:
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein
- Chopped almonds
- Grated apples
- Pour into a bowl. Enjoy!
Cozy Snack
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Protein in a mug
- Stevia or Honey
- 1/2 cup or so of warm water
- Stir and enjoy!
