Smoothies
Mix in a blender to desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Hawaiian Delight
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein
Banana Cream
- 1 banana
- 6 ice cubes or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup almonds (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 to 2 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein
Orange Delight
- 4 to 6 ice cubes or 1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 to 2 peeled oranges
- 1 cup water
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein
Fruit Juice
- 1 banana
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 heaping Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein
Berry Banana
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 handful blueberries (optional)
- 8-12 ounces rice milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein
Blast O' Blueberries
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- 20 to 30 blueberries
- 6 to 8 ounces water
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Mixed Berry Rice Protein
Berry Boost
- Frozen berries
- 2 dollops yogurt
- 6 to 8 ounces rice milk
- Tbsp. spoon ground flax seed or flax seed oil
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Mixed Berry or Vanilla Rice Protein
Berry Freeze
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 doll ups plain yogurt
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein
Energy Boost
- 3 ice cubes
- 8 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein
Strawberries & Chocolate
- 4 to 6 ice cubes
- 8 strawberries
- 6 to 8 ounces of water or rice milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. of Chocolate Rice Protein
Mocha Frappé
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 scoops coffee ice cream (or 1/2 cup chilled coffee and 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, and reduce milk to 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein
Chocolate & Peanut Butter
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
- 8 to 12 ounces milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein
Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
- 1 heaping Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein
Cookie Crumble
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Protein (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- 6 chocolate cream cookie sandwiches
Other
Apple, Almond & Rice Cereal
- 1/2 cup brown rice cereal or millet
- Stevia or Honey
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup water
- Cook as directed and then stir in:
- 1 heaping Tbsp. Plain Rice Protein
- Chopped almonds
- Grated apples
- Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
Cozy Snack
- 2 Tbsp. Rice Protein in a mug
- Stevia or Honey
- 1/2 cup or so warm water
- Stir and enjoy!
