Smoothies

Mix in a blender to desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Hawaiian Delight

  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1½ cups water
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein

Chunky Monkey Shake

  • 1 cup of your favorite plant milk
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein (original or organic)

Banana Cream

  • 1 banana
  • 6 ice cubes or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup almonds (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 to 2 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein

Spinach and Banana Power

  • 1 cup plain plant milk
  • ¾ cup packed fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Plain Pea Protein
  • 1 large banana, sliced

Orange Delight

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes or 1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 to 2 peeled oranges
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein

Orange Dream

  • 1 Tbsp Plain Rice Protein
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup unsweetened plant milk (original or vanilla)
  • ¾ cup freshly-squeezed orange juice (from about 2 large navel oranges)
  • 1 tsp. orange zest
  • 1-2 cups ice

Fruit Juice

  • 1 banana
  • ½ mango
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein

Berry Delicious

  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Protein
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • ½ banana

Berry Banana

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 handful blueberries (optional)
  • 8-12 ounces rice milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein

Blast O' Blueberries

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 20 to 30 blueberries
  • 6 to 8 ounces water
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Mixed Berry Rice Protein

Berry Boost

  • Frozen berries
  • 2 dollops yogurt
  • 6 to 8 ounces rice milk
  • 1 Tbsp. spoon ground flax seed or flax seed oil
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Mixed Berry or Vanilla Rice Protein

Berry Freeze

  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 doll ups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Vanilla Rice Protein

Energy Boost

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seed oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup rice milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein

Strawberries & Chocolate

  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • 8 strawberries
  • 6 to 8 ounces of water or rice milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. of Chocolate Rice Protein

Cherries Jubilee

  • 1 cup pitted sweet cherries
  • 1 cup cold plant milk
  • ¼ cup Vanilla Organic Rice Protein

Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • ¼ cup NutriBiotic Plain Organic Rice Protein
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup ice

Kale Power

  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. hulled hemp seeds
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh kale
  • 1 Tbsp. Plain Rice Protein
  • 2/3 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • ¾ - 1¼ cups filtered water

Chocolate & Peanut Butter

  • 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 2 Tbsp. organic peanut butter
  • 8 to 12 ounces milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein

Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana

  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate almond milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Rice Protein

Cookie Crumble

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup whipped cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 6 chocolate cream cookie sandwiches

Mocha Frappé

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 scoops coffee ice cream (or 1/2 cup chilled coffee and 2 scoops chocolate ice cream, and reduce milk to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Chocolate Rice Protein

Chocolate Banana Frappe

  • ½ ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Organic Rice Protein
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup cold or room temperature brewed coffee
  • 1½ cups cubed ice
  • Sprinkle of cacao nibs, for topping if desired


Other

Apple, Almond & Rice Cereal

  • ½ cup brown rice cereal or millet
  • Stevia or honey
  • ¼ - 1/3 cup water
  • Cook as directed and then stir in:
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. Plain Rice Protein
  • Chopped almonds
  • Grated apples

  • Pour into a bowl and enjoy!

Cozy Snack

  • 2 Tbsp. Rice Protein in a mug
  • Stevia or honey
  • ½ cup or so warm water

  • Stir and enjoy!

Butterscotch Pudding

  • 1 - 13.5 oz. can light coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1½ tsp. butterscotch extract
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Vanilla Rice Protein
  • ¼ cup ground flax seed

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours and serve.

Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 1 can (1¾ cups) full fat quality coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp. xanthan gum
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. raw sugar ground in a coffee grinder

  • Place coconut and almond milk, xanthan gum, pea protein, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sugar in a blender and blend until well combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled through – at least a couple hours. Once chilled, pour into pre-chilled ice cream maker and use according to directions.
