We are happy to credit stores for any product returns. Or, if you received an item directly from us, we also offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy. You may simply return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice. Please make sure the items being returned have sufficient packing material to prevent damages as we do not give credit for damaged product. Send returns via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or insured parcel post to the address below. CODs are not accepted. Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process any refunds due. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
