Purified water, glycerin, polysorbate-20, ascorbic acid, Citricidal® brand grapefruit seed extract, 
, ginseng extract, echinacea extract, goldenseal extract, milk thistle extract, butcher's broom extract, sodium chloride, tocophersolan, peppermint oil, and menthol.
Remove cap. With head held upright, insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 1 or 2 times. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
