Deionized water, glycerin, grapefruit seed extract (0.10%), and sodium chloride.
Remove cap. With head held upright, insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely 2 or 3 times. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
